Samos Island is beautiful. There are other areas on the Island that we recommend if you want to stay a place more remote, quiet and in smaller areas, but not so far away from Pythagorion.

We have selected two of our favourite places!

 

It requires that you have to rent a car or take a taxi when participating at the wedding events.

KOKKARI

  • North side of the Island = more windy

  • Charmful village, nice seafood restaurants

  • Long beautiful, breezy, rocky beach and one smaller, more quiet, rocky beach.

  • Kokkari Wind Surfers closeby

  • 30 minutes by car to Pythagorion

PSILI AMMOS

En dag på stranden i Psili Ammos hvor Mathias stakkar hadde 39 i feber. Nektet å la feberen gå utover ferien!

  • Closest point to Turkey - 1 km sealine.

  • Supersmall area, a few hotels and restaurants, some appartments and a large sandy beach. (Psili Ammos means sandy beach in greek).

  • The beach is very children-friendly as it goes a long way out before it gets deep.

  • 20 minutes by car from Pythagorion
